Assembly Meal Schedule

Responsibility for providing the meals for our Assembly meetings rotates among three of our member Councils: Bastrop, Rockne/String Prairie, and Smithville.  The schedule is the same every year.  The table below shows which Council is responsible for each month.

Each Council assigns a member to provide the meal for their particular month.  The Assembly then reimburses the responsible member for the cost of the meal (receipt required) up to a maximum of $40.
